Geoff Gascoyne has put together a new quartet and their first CD came
out at the end of 2009. It is a selection of tunes associated with musicians from the vast world of pop, as diverse as Cat Stevens, Earth Wind and Fire and Diana Ross, sympathetically arranged, and played with the energy or delicacy that each one requires.

Vibraphonist Jim Hart is one of the fastest rising stars of the UK jazz scene.
Joined by Ivo Neame, Mick Coady and drummer Tristan Mailliot, Jim's Quartet
brings a fresh and exciting approach to what is often described as 'straight
ahead' Jazz. Through some neat arrangements and some very open
improvisation they'll take you on a trip through the world of song from fast
swingers through grooving Latin numbers to soulful ballads.

Gary Potter is regarded as one of the greatest jazz and country guitarists in the
world. His playing is melodic, lyrical and imaginative. He is influenced by
players such as Django Reinhardt - Gary featured in the Channel 4 film
The Django Legacy - and Charlie Parker, yet his approach to playing jazz
guitar, both acoustic and amplified, is sufficiently original to give him an identity that is all his own.
