The Kit Downes Quintet
Pianist and composer, Kit Downes, exploded onto the British Jazz Scene by winning the BBC Jazz Award for Rising Star in 2008, and a British Jazz Award in 2010.

NC Jazz is the trading name for Northants Contemporary Jazz Ltd, a charitable organisation that promotes high quality jazz, and improves jazz education through live gigs, projects and programmes throughout Northamptonshire. It is funded by the Arts Council through EMJAZZ, an organisation linked to the Arts Council for the East Midlands. Other organisations within EMJAZZ are the Greater Lincoln Jazz Consortium, Jazz Steps in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire,Derby Jazz and Leicester Jazz.
